Bonus Features

There are two primary bonus features in King Kong Cash, coupled with a standard double or nothing Gamble Feature which allows you to stake your most recent win on a double-or-nothing bet to test how lucky you are. The primary bonuses can take numerous forms, which we’ll explore below.

The first of them fall under the heading of Sleepy Kong, and get their name because they involve our reclining ape friend waking up from his snooze and modifying the reels for you. Bonus Boost sees multiple extra bonus symbols added to the reels to improve your chances of triggering the other bonus features (see below for more on those).

The bonuses which can be triggered using the bonus symbol will be one of the four King Kong Bonus rounds, although they’re all triggered the same way. Any three or more bonus symbols arriving on the same spin allow you to spin a wheel of fortune; the outcome of that spin will determine which feature you receive.

Golden Kong Free Spins is split into two stages; an initial stage where you try to collect as many extra wild symbols as possible, and a second stage where you spin the reels with all of those additional wilds added to the reels. After each spin, there are three barrels to choose from above the reels for you to choose from. Two of them will give you another spin, but one of them will end the round.

Empire Free Spins is a side game in which Kong has to re-create his famous movie moment and climb up the Empire State Building. Collect a golden monkey on each level to keep the free spins going, because the round is over when you run out of them!

King Kong Trail Bonus is completely based on the ‘Donkey Kong’ video game. The slot turns into a platform game in which you have to work your way across from one side of the screen to the other, collecting multipliers as you go.
